American newcomer Jordan Michelle has dropped a delightful slice of pop-punk in the form of her new single ‘have a nice life.’. The tune is wonderfully sassy, delivery confrontational lyrics over crunchy guitars and powerful guitars. Her obvious gift for melody is exciting, as future releases filled to the brim with addictive hooks should be coming thick and fast. Michelle takes the track’s title and spins it on its head, delivering very on-the-nose phrase ‘have a fucked-up life’ repeatedly throughout the earworm of a chorus.
